The Kimberlin brothers

Description: Myers journal notes this image was taken in 1862. L to R: Isaiah, William, Richard, and Jules Kimberlin. All four brothers joined Quantrill after their father was hanged in his barn by Union soldiers and the barn set on fire. Richard later joined Price and then Stonewall Jackson. He was at Appomattox. After the war he organized three Quantrill reunions in Sherman and Clarendon, Texas and one in Chickasaw, Oklahoma.He died in 1932.
