Description: This tintype image of W.C. Quantrill is noted in the Myer's journal as having been taken in 1858 in Utah. At the time, Quantrill was working as a bullwhacker with Russell, Majors, and Waddell Freighting Company out of Westport, Mo. However., Quantrill joined the wagon trains in Lawrence, Kansas.
